In the world of insurance agencies, we are considered a small independent insurance agency. This can be very beneficial to our clients. Most of the individual agents in our offices usually have a personal relationship in some way with our clients. They have either known them when writing their insurance or they have developed a relationship over the years with them in some way. We work with our clients to know what types of insurance programs they need to protect their individual needs, personally or on a business level. We are able to pair our customers, based upon their individual needs, with the appropriate insurance products written with the most reputable company for each client.

 

The major strength of our agency is our high level of service to our customers, we make sure that each client has our email address and cell phone numbers. We respond to the needs of our customers at all times of the day. Customers will need us when they have a claim or need to make a change in their current policy coverage, we feel as though we have to make ourselves available in order to provide the level of customer service they expect from their insurance agency.

 

As an independent insurance agency, we are different from many agencies. We are able to continually shop insurance products for new and current customers. When a new client requests a quote from us, we always shop with at least three carriers to make certain we are providing them with the most comprehensive coverage and the most competitive rate available. If one of our current customers receive their annual renewal, and their rates have increased, we will then shop their insurance to see if the same coverage they currently have is available at a more competitive rate.
